CLASS 1 – Non-license and public license attendee
a. Full Registration for 3 days ($145)
b. One-Day Registration on Tuesday with lunch banquet ($110)
c. One-Day Registration on Monday OR Wednesday ($60)
CLASS 2 – Commercial license with exhibit and/or presentation ($750)
CLASS 3 – Additional commercial license(s) from the same company ($145)
DATES: Monday, Oct. 19 to Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2026
Oct. 19: Half-day of speakers in the afternoon (Noon-5pm) with Vendor Social following (5:30-7:30pm)
Oct. 20: Full-day of speakers with a provided lunch (8:30am-5pm)
Oct. 21: Half-day of speakers in the morning (8:30am-Noon)

Room rates are $139/night for 2 queen beds plus applicable taxes. The hotel room block will be held until Friday, October 2.
The block is under “PA Vector Control Association”.

Please pre-register by mailing or emailing a separate Individual Registration Form with the name and complete mailing address for each attendee to Andy Kyle by Friday, September 25, 2026 at his address/email below. Note any special needs you may have on the reservation form. To speed up registration at the door, please mail your registration check payable to “PVCA” prior to the conference or pay the $145/person registration fee via this link (individuals pay here!). If attaching a business card to the registration form, complete only the items not on your card. Payment alone does not complete registration. PVCA OUTSTANDING STUDENT AWARD: PVCA’S Dr. Jan G. Humphreys Outstanding Student Award is presented annually to recognize the accomplishments and contributions of students (graduate and undergraduate) pursuing a degree relating to vector control or systematics, vector-borne disease, or a related discipline. Applicants must be a resident of Pennsylvania or be attending a school of higher learning in Pennsylvania. The award recipients will receive $300 and will present their research project to the at PVCA’s annual conference. Individuals may nominate themselves and submissions must be received no later than September 13, 2026.
