Oct. 23: Half-day of speakers in the afternoon (1pm-5:30pm)
Oct. 24: Full-day of speakers with a provided lunch (8:30am-5pm)
Oct. 25: Half-day of speakers in the morning (8:30am-Noon)

Room rates are $129/night for 2 queen beds plus applicable taxes. The hotel room block will be held until Friday, September 22nd. The block is under “PA Vector Control Association” and the code is 9982978.

Even if you have not received approval to attend, you are encouraged to reserve a room. You can always cancel the reservation if you do not receive final approval.

Please pre-register by mailing or e-mailing a separate registration form with the name and complete mailing address for each attendee to Carmen Reichard by Friday, September 22, 2023. Note any special needs you may have on the reservation form. If attaching a business card to the registration form, complete only the items not on your card.

HOW TO PAY: Payment may be done online at bit.ly/PVCA2023 or the QR code below. Send checks payable to “PVCA” to Carmen Reichard prior to the conference. The registration fee includes a Tuesday lunch. Fee structure for this conference is as follows:
Class 1 – Non-license and public license attendee $120.00
Class 2 – Commercial license with exhibit and/or presentation $400.00
Class 3 – Additional commercial license(s) from same company $120.00

CREDITS: Continuing Education Credits for PA Pesticide Applicator licenses will be issued by the PA Department of Agriculture. Please have your license number with you if you wish to receive credits.
